At Gradus, your health and goals are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that each patient deserves personalized, one-on-one care to achieve the best outcomes. Our patient-centered approach focuses on understanding your unique story, assessing your needs comprehensively, and creating a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

We recognize that healing is more than addressing symptoms—it’s about empowering you to move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in your body. Through open communication and collaborative goal-setting, we guide you every step of the way, ensuring that you’re an active participant in your recovery journey.

Gradus is committed to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment where your concerns are heard, your progress is celebrated, and your health is our priority. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to optimize your performance, we are here to help you take meaningful steps toward your well-being.

Focused One on One care

Each Physical Therapy session is a 55-minute, one-on-one session with a licensed Physical Therapist. This dedicated time provides an opportunity to carefully examine and address underlying concerns such as misaligned posture, mechanical dysfunctions, muscle weakness, and inefficient movement patterns —all of which can contribute to pain and hinder normal function. Our method involves ongoing assessment and refinement, ensuring more efficient and quicker progress when treatments are guided directly by the Physical Therapist.

Commitment to Learning

We are deeply committed to staying at the cutting edge of our field. While New York State mandates that Physical Therapists complete 36 hours of continuing education every three years, our Physical Therapists go above and beyond, completing over 100 hours, annually. This extra effort ensures they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge, which in turn enables us to deliver the best possible care for our patients.

Advanced Treatment

The combination of our expertise and education helps guide patients toward their fullest potential. At Gradus, we specialize in two primary treatment approaches: Functional Manual Therapy (FMT) from the Institute of Physical Art and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) from the Prague School of Rehabilitation. These methods form the foundation of our practice, ensuring a comprehensive and effective treatment plan tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Learn more about FMT and DNS
